Hungaricum club

 

Hungaricum Club, an association of four companies with great traditions, was founded in October 2000. Each of these companies, with their products of outstanding quality, has been an essential part of the image formed about Hungary for more than a century.

The primary aim of the Club members is to promote Hungary’s entry into the EU whilst preserving the identity of traditional Hungarian brands.

 

The four members of the club, Herend Porcelain , PICK SZEGED, Commercial House in Tokaj and ZWACK UNICUM Co. are convinced they can contribute to the strenghtening of the image of Hungarian products on the international market.

The members of the Club hold regular meetings in which they organize promotions and exhibitions in export markets to enhance the international reputation of Hungary.

The association has produced a representative sample which includes a characteristic product of each club member and which typifies the history and culture of Hungary named ”Taste of Hungary”. This composite sample can be seen on (www.zwackunicum.hu) website and purchased from the webshop.

A new member, Lace Foundation of Kiskunhalas, joined Hungaricum Club in 2004 and in 2006 the Peto Institute, who promote the „Peto Method” of conductive education, will also become a member.
